Matthias' Home Gym

In 2022, Matthias set up his training paradise in his garage. A Prestera rack with cable attachment, a noise- and vibration-dampening SVR platform, Sport Training Plates, kettlebells, dumbbells and a selection of different barbells form the basis for any strength training plan. Various benches, cardio machines and accessories round off its equipment. Whether strength training or functional workouts - Matthias' home gym leaves nothing to be desired.

"I have always been a sports enthusiast and have tried out all kinds of different sports. I discovered weight training when I was 18 and regularly went to the gym. The dream of having my home gym became appealing - my own equipment, my own times, and a place for me to switch off.

Then, when the pandemic hit in 2020 and led to a massive reduction in public sports offerings, I knew it was time to make this dream a reality.
