Welcome to the Eleiko Powerlifting Station 4-week, 3-day per week programs. There are two levels of programming that consist of three different training sessions to accommodate novice and those who are more advanced in their training. Each session has 2 blocks of training that focus on different movements. The entire program can be done on the Eleiko Powerlifting Station. Choose the appropriate weight to perform the desired sets and reps. Prior to each training session, warm-up with 5-10 minutes of total-body, multi-joint movements.
