Eleiko supports 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games

Eleiko was named as the official supplier for weightlifting and para powerlifting, and we were incredibly proud and honoured to be part of this great event over the past week.

The Commonwealth Games is a multi-sport event held every four years with athletes from 71 Commonwealth countries attending and competing. The events are broadcast on television to competing countries and reach 2,4 billion people around the world. Among many other Olympic and Paralympic sports, the Games include weightlifting and para powerlifting events.

After a rigorous selection process, Eleiko was named as the official supplier for weightlifting and para powerlifting, and we were incredibly proud and honoured to be part of this great event over the past week. We delivered a top-quality custom branded IWF and WPPO certified collection of equipment designed and produced to showcase the 2018 Gold Coast branding while giving athletes access to the best equipment in the training and warm-up areas, as well as the competition stage.

The events were an incredible success with athletes setting new records and personal bests, and some even winning the first weightlifting medals for their country.
