The Eleiko Cable Cross features two adjustable pulley stations with a long connector so users can train various upper body exercises with full extension or support two people training independently. Mount any Prestera pull-up attachment to the connector for additional training possibilities. The weight stacks feature a 1:2 ratio, providing 45kg pulling resistance with a 90kg stack or 60kg with the optional 120kg stack upgrade. The weight increases in 3kg jumps with a 1.5kg increment plate at the top that can be positioned for smaller jumps. Maintenance-free shafts and linear bushings reduce upkeep, while stainless steel in high-wear areas ensures long-lasting performance.

Knurled Handles

Eleiko Cable Handles, featuring our signature waffle knurling for a secure, comfortable grip, are included. Additional handles can be purchased to increase the training possibilities.

Pulley Positioning

The pulley system trolley can be placed from high to low in 50 mm increments to accommodate many users and exercises. The pulley swivels 270 degrees to support many movements and improve floor space utilisation, and the generous 2.4 m cable travel supports various exercises.

Safety Testing

Tested per ISO 20957 (Stationary Training Equipment) standards, including 100,000 cycle testing and 10-degree tilt testing with full range of motion.

Weight Range

The weight stack is 120 kg (264 lb), with a 1:2 resistance ratio delivering 60 kg (132 lb) of pulling resistance when using the entire stack. The weight stack markings (shown in kg and lb) indicate the pulling resistance to give lifters accurate information and easier tracking.

Incremental Adjustments

The weight stack starts at an accessible 3 kg / 6.6 lb pulling resistance to accommodate the broadest range of exercises and users. We support smaller 1.5 kg / 3.3 lb weight jumps with incremental weights to allow for appropriate increases for smaller muscle groups and accessory exercises. Slide the incremental plate from the top of the guide rod into position above the weight stack.
