The Eleiko Prestera Muscle-up Bar comes in two lengths and is designed for use in Prestera rig configurations. The sturdy steel rod mounts to the uprights creating flexible stations that can accommodate a variety of training from muscle-ups to toes to bar and pull-ups. The 33 mm bar is rustproof galvanized steel that provided a secure?grip surface for training.
