Kronan CrossFit Leads the Way with Eleiko Certification.
Kronan CrossFit was the world’s first Eleiko Certified Training Facility. Kronan's certification is a testament to the facility's commitment to providing highly qualified instructors and the finest equipment for its members. Kronan and Eleiko worked closely together to outfit the facility and provide training to Kronan's staff, with many of Kronan’s instructors having received the Eleiko Strength Coach training certification.
Kronan CrossFit is the world’s first Eleiko Certified Training Facility, which testifies to the centre’s commitment to providing highly qualified instructors for its members, among other things. Kronan has worked closely with Eleiko to ensure the members of its box have access to the best possible equipment as well as highly qualified instructors. Many of Kronan’s instructors have undergone Eleiko Strength Coach training.
Kronan is committed to contributing towards improving the standard of functional fitness training in Sweden. This stated objective underpinned the work carried out by Eleiko and Kronan in devising the completely unique training facility which became Sweden’s largest CrossFit box, spanning 1,270 square meters. It includes four rooms for training, spacious changing rooms, 10 showers and two saunas as well as a reception, lounge, kids’ room, massage room, lift and conference room. This first-rate facility is intended to provide flexibility combined with high quality. The equipment Kronan chose to invest in included Eleiko’s customized XF 80 Rig with space for 22 pull ups/bar mu., 8–16 Wallball Targets, 8 Squat Racks, 8 Ring Muscle-up Stations, 41 Eleiko Bars of different types (for both men and women), almost 1 ton of Eleiko Competition Plates, 3 large Eleiko Lifting Platforms, 1 Eleiko Power Rack, 4 Eleiko Squat Stands and Benches, 1 ton of Eleiko Bumper Plates, 16 Concept2 Rowing Machines, 2 Concept2 SkiErgs and 3 sections of artificial grass spanning 20 x 2 meters. Push sleds/prowler, 48. Eleiko Competition, kettlebells, 8. 9-meter rope climb and 30 Eleiko XF Dumbbells.
