Welcome to the Eleiko Training for the Jerk Program. This program includes four focused mini training sessions, each designed to enhance your technique, strength, and confidence in the Jerk. You can incorporate these sessions into your regular training routine or use them as stand-alone workouts.
Sessions 1 and 2 are structured in a circuit format, allowing you to maintain intensity and improve endurance. Sessions 3 and 4 focus on one exercise at a time, helping you refine specific aspects of your performance. Depending on your goals and preferences, you can choose to dedicate multiple days or weeks to a single session for deeper mastery or alternate between sessions to add variety to your training regimen.
It's important to select appropriate weights that suit your skill level, enabling you to complete the prescribed sets and reps with proper form. Prior to each session, warm up for 8–10 minutes to prepare your body, and conclude with a cool down of equal duration to aid recovery and mobility.
