The training area of the Elbgym Winterhude extends over 800 square metres, spread over two floors. In the functional area, various barbells, plates, kettlebells, dumbbells and accessories are available for intensive workouts, and in the equipment park, the Eleiko Vulcano Plates provide sufficient resistance for strength training.
