Klub der Sportfreunde worked closely with the Eleiko team to create a unique training facility with an emphasis on service and customization. The result is an outstanding ELEIKO certified facility that delivers its clients premium lifting equipment and education programs, as well as highly personalized training programs creating an environment for success which delivers results for their clients.

What drove you to open Klub der Sportfreunde?

It all started with the idea and the basic attitude of my master and teacher Dr. Gottlob – his foundation course upholds the principle that every human being needs the right blend of support and movement irrespective of gender or disabilities. I personally live & breathe the same sport philosophy service approach and my colleague Adrian has of course the same approach. Mauro Fulginei, our entrepreneurial spirit stands for the same targets. So in fact, we wanted to open a gym that represents service, quality, individuality, ambition and reliability, atmosphere, character and that “certain” extra which would be facility and equipment. We truly aim to provide our members with their personal success, the number of signed contracts was never subject.

How is your facility different from a traditional or mainstream gym and fitness facility?

It is important to note that the unsuccessful and negative experiences in training are the most common reason for an exit and it is also a frequent occurrence. I personally know from experience that the quality of a customised training plan, its adjustment, explanation and the experience are the most important components for the achievement of long-term commitment. The customer needs his or her personal health education, they have to benefit from full access to the know-how of our coaches at any time it is required & to know at all times what they are doing and why they are doing it.

What drives customers towards your gym, and what are their main reasons for staying?

We have asked our customers of different age, gender and goal about it and the results can be seen on our Facebook homepage. The answers are pretty much summed up as follows: Mainly because our internal culture which is characterised by a friendly, familial, respectful, personal, smooth and reliable atmosphere amongst the high success rate of each individuals goal and the extremely appreciated high qualitative service and equipment.

How has Eleiko helped you in creating added value for your members?

Eleiko represents added value to all athletes and your mission to continue to serve athletes worldwide with highly valuable methods and products for developing physical strength mirrors ours. Our mission and internal culture, our ambitions without limits, which was of course inspired by Eleiko, and ultimately the fact that a valuable service facility always requires an equally high-quality equipment made it clear there was only one partner for us to consider in building our facility and brand. We may thank you therefore again at this point.

How would you sum up your relationship with Eleiko and the way we have worked together?

In a single sentence? Not possible. But thank you Eleiko – we wouldn’t be who are and where we are without you guys and your ideology. We are truly proud to call ourselves partner. And I personally may say – a dream came true.
