Service agreement
Preventive maintenance makes your facility more cost-effective and minimizes downtime on your equipment while increasing the resale value of your machinery. Our service offerings range from dedicated on-site service personnel and maintenance programs to phone support and troubleshooting for when you need immediate assistance. You can choose the solutions that best suit your needs.
With a nationwide network, we are never far away, providing fast assistance whenever and wherever you need it. We also train your staff in basic maintenance and ensure that error reporting is done correctly through our website.
Service Agreement
Full-service agreement
The agreement for those who want full coverage at a fixed annual price. Preventive maintenance, service work and all spare parts and repairs are included for the equipment covered by the agreement. The agreement runs for 5 years, and any continuation is renegotiated well ahead of the agreement's end. Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, water or fire is not covered.
Service Agreement
Maintenance agreement
The number of visits is agreed individually with you based on your needs, and the agreement price applies per visit. It includes call-out cost, overnight stays, service work and basic service material, plus a discount on spare parts for equipment under the agreement. Labor and travel outside the agreed service are billed at our standard rate. The agreement renews automatically for one year at a time, with one month's notice before expiry.

Ongoing service
If you choose not to enter into an agreement, we assist you on an ongoing basis at our regular price list. Training to help you manage the equipment in the best possible way is still included.
