Eleiko equips deployment boxes from M.E.G.A Sport Equipment with precision crafted strength equipment.
Delivering solutions for military professionals and defense units, Eleiko has partnered with M.E.G.A Sport Equipment to equip their Deployment Boxes with precision crafted strength equipment.
“The strength equipment from Eleiko is a real asset to our Deployment Boxes, and we are very proud to collaborate with Eleiko. From 2020, all our mobile training containers will be delivered with Eleiko equipment in order to provide military professionals with the finest constructed equipment. We hope to continue our collaboration with Eleiko in the future,” says Errol Rijssen from M.E.G.A Sport Equipment.
Owned and operated by veterans, M.E.G.A Sport Equipment has a long history within the defense, which is reflected in the box design and material choices. M.E.G.A Sport Equipment choose Eleiko as the strength equipment provider for their mobile solution, used by the army and navy in the Netherlands. The Deployment Boxes are fully equipped with Eleiko’s barbells, plates, dumbbells and kettlebells.
“Our mobile DeploymentBoxes are used for countless missions and defense training worldwide, used as an outdoor gym or for events. The DeploymentBox has passed a test trajectory for a year. 1 to 80 men perform a full HIIT workout,” says Errol Rijssen from M.E.G.A Sport Equipment.
Jamel Kareem, a marine in training and a passionate weightlifter, trains with Eleiko equipment in the Deployment Box from M.E.G.A Sport Equipment.
“I work as a soldier, and when we go on mission, we take complete sets of Eleiko equipment with us so that we can continue training all over the world. We often use the equipment outdoors (store indoors) and in the past, it was always in need of replacement due to the elements of the weather. But now that we use Eleiko’s equipment, we no longer suffer from this. When we’re on missions, we unfortunately don't always have muted ground. With the rubber bumper plates from Eleiko, I can still drop the barbell evenly after a lift,” says Jamel Kareem.
