We caught up with Dan Tilley, Director of Sport at The University of Nottingham, on why they extended their outdoor sports facility with BeaverFit and Eleiko, and how critical this space is to their students.

“As a University we are always looking for innovative solutions and offering our students the different options and premium equipment for them to reach their potential.” Dan states. “With the landscape of fitness changing and the recent challenges of living with covid an outdoor facility made sense, it also has allowed us to make use of a space that has until now been unusable.”

“The environment is critical for our teams and the delivery of services to them. Creating a space that engages, inspires and develops a feeling of belonging is everything for our athletes. The new facility has allowed us to create a layout that gives us the ability and flexibility to deliver more training to more squads.”
