The professional Danish football club and three-time Danish champions, FC Midtjylland have recently opened their new state-of-the-art training facility and football academy. With a clear goal and vision of establishing the club within the top 50 in Europe and winning more championships, they had ambitious plans to upgrade their facilities, including the new football academy and training facility, helping their club reach their short- and long-term goals.

The facility will be home to their senior team of professional players and their youngest academy players — building a culture of winners and future stars.

Providing an end-to-end service, Eleiko fulfilled solid guidance and facility design right through installation. With a limited space of about 240 square meters, the Eleiko team and the club's physical staff worked together to create a flexible solution where up to 30 players can train using the modular strength solution, Prestera.

The strength and conditioning room is equipped with precision-crafted Eleiko strength equipment amongst the award-nominated Prestera Half Racks, complete with various strength attachments such as the Eleiko Prestera Cable Attachment. Custom-branded IWF Weightlifting Training discs, SVR platforms, EVO dumbbells and smart storage solutions create highly functional strength spaces within the room. The cardio units are a mix of Woodway treadmills, Precor cycles and Concept 2 machines. Eleiko's partner brand, Atlantis, was chosen for the strength machines. This complete solution helps FC Midtjylland utilize the space best, providing new training possibilities for senior & academy players.
