Dip Belt Level 1 & 2
Eleiko offers two levels of Dip Belt programs to help you diversify and intensify your workouts.
Level 1: Stability & Endurance Program
This 4-week program focuses on enhancing functional capacity and movement through stability and endurance exercises. You'll engage in two circuit-based sessions per week, using the Eleiko Dip Belt to build a strong foundation.
Level 2: Strength-Building Program
For those looking to push their limits, the Level 2 program is designed to increase functional strength over 4 weeks. Following a similar two-session-per-week structure, this program features interval-based exercises to help you achieve greater strength gains.
Both programs include comprehensive warm-up and cool-down segments. For detailed guidance, refer to our Mobility Programs.
