Öppen BarBlack

  • Open design
  • Dual handles
  • Built-in jack
  • Versatile lifting

The patented Eleiko Öppen Bar redefines what a trap bar can do. An open-frame design expands movement possibilities — deadlift, lunge, carry, press — while keeping lifts balanced and controlled. Dual handle heights adapt to the athlete's pulling position and lift. Built-in rubber-footed loading jack makes plate changes quick and efficient. Available with longer sleeves and custom handle options to suit the way each facility trains.

Features

Specifications

Open design versatility

The patented open frame expands how the bar can be used in training. Lifters can step, lunge, carry, and move naturally without the constraints of a traditional trap bar. From deadlifts and rows to lunges, presses, and loaded carries, the design supports versatile strength training while maintaining balanced loading.

Dual handle positions

Two handle heights let lifters and coaches match pulling position to the movement or training goal. Higher handles shorten the range of motion and support developing lifters or those working around mobility limitations. Lower handles increase pulling depth for more demanding strength work.

Configurable for training needs

A separate longer sleeve kit — 415 mm loadable sleeve length — is available for facilities and lifters who need greater loading capacity beyond the standard 320 mm sleeves. Custom 40mm handles can also be specified at order for upper, lower, or both handle positions, with assembly completed at Eleiko for a precise fit and finish.

Integrated loading jack

A built-in loading jack with durable rubber feet raises the sleeves off the floor, making plate changes quick and efficient. The rubber contact points help protect flooring while keeping the bar stable during loading.
