Knurling on the Eleiko Curl Bar runs from the centre blank space all the way out to the sleeves, opening up a full range of hand positions — close grip, standard, and wide — without losing control. The balanced 1.2 knurl depth keeps the bar secure without being aggressive, session after session.
Precision needle bearing rotation
Four needle bearings sit inside the sleeves, allowing smooth and consistent rotation independent of plate load.
